The staff here was incredibly attentive, they had twin beds for our kids in the rooms, the pool was enjoyable, and we had great drinks at the bar by the pool.

The place was pretty clean and the staff, especially the housekeepers, were very friendly.

Well-appointed and brand-new room on the ground level and good experience. Bonus point for climate control, a personal safe and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Location right by Royal Cancun for years and a Caribbean beach and Centro. Delicious drinks at poolside bar, good service. Late check-out.

The location of this place is fantastic as it is close to a restaurant, fun activities, and a grocery store.

Wonderful brand-new hotel with fantastic views of the beach and Isla Mujeres. Reasonably large and well-equipped room. - Very amiable staff, including the housekeepers. - Comfy and ideal location near restaurants, bars, and the beach.

The place was clean with a really kind staff from the housekeepers. the hotel location was marvellous contrary to huge tower-block hotels in the area. - It was so close to different restaurants, Captain Hook and Jolly Roger, Mexico, and all-inclusive resorts all over the world.

This place has a great, breathtaking location, and the rooms are spacious and newly renovated.

The staff at the Royal Cancun - All Suites Resort are genuinely helpful and exceptionally attentive. the location is excellent and unbeatable, close to the ferry for Isla Mujeres. the resort is conveniently located near the Sports Bar and approximately 5 other restaurants from other Royal resorts in Cancun.

We were immediately welcomed by Jeremias Chi, who has been serving guests at The Royal for over 25 years. The resort has an intimate feel with beautiful palm trees and shade-providing palapas on the beach. The shallow and calm water allowed us to enjoy paddle-boarding, kayaking, and snorkeling right from the resort. The staff, like Jose Dzib at the front desk and Eder, Manuel, Lorenzo, Angel, and Pedro at the bars. The onsite restaurants offered delicious food with a Mexican flair. we felt welcomed and had a wonderful experience.

Convenient free parking available nearby, plus easy access to the beach and bus stops just outside the entrance. Plenty of fun activities to participate in while staying here! 🏖️

The resort is directly on a quiet beach which is very shallow sand great for El Niño's swimming. The location is cozy in contrary to huge tower-block hotels in the area. The resort is also conveniently located on the beach and close to other restaurants in town at other properties. The rooms are spacious with their own balconies and the shower pressure is incredible. The food at La Palapa and La Trattoria is delicious, with a variety of options available.

The service with all restaurants was a bit slow.

our stay at the royal in cancun exceeded all our expectations. from the attentive and friendly staff to the fantastic local food, we felt safe, cared for, and completely relaxed. the resort was clean, tidy, and had a cozy atmosphere, unlike the huge tower-block hotels in the area.
